Dear CRS members, Dear colleagues and friends,

On behalf of the boards of the Germany and the BeNeLux-France Local Chapters, I would like to invite you to attend our joint CRS LC Meeting, which will take place at Campus Melaten in Aachen in March 2022. We will start around 13:00 on Wednesday March 9, and the meeting will last until approx. 13:30 on Friday March 11. 

After our successful online event in March 2021, we are now very much looking forward to welcoming you in person. We are confident that we can at least have 120 people attending our meeting. Participation will be on the basis of first come first serve. To make sure you can attend, please register as soon as possible.

Our meeting will be special in multiple regards.

1. We will celebrate the inauguration of the BNLF Chapter and the 25^th anniversary of the Germany Chapter.
2. We will have 10 leaders in drug delivery science giving invited talks.
3. We will have 6 traditional sessions with oral presentations and poster pitches by graduate students and postdocs, selected on the basis of the quality of the abstracts submitted.
4. We will have several non-traditional sessions, focusing e.g. on the do’s and don’ts of academic publishing, and on local chapter leadership and activities. These sessions will be highly interactive, and both entertaining and educational.
5. Last but not least, there will be no registration fee. So many good reasons to complete the attached registration form!

Abstract submission will open on 01.11.2021. Please follow the "Abstract Template" button to download the template as word document. Abstracts will be reviewed by an expert jury. The best abstracts will be presented as 10-minute oral presentations. There will be multiple awards for the best abstracts and also for the best oral and poster presentation. Awards will include vouchers to attend for the 2022 CRS Annual Meeting, which will take place in Montreal, Canada, from July 11-15. 

So please SAVE THE DATE, COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM and SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT.
